1. Choosing the massage oil

You might want to try one of these affordable and effective anti aging oils for your face massage: coconut oil, hemp seed oil, grape seed oil, Ylang Ylang oil or rosehip seed oil. Coconut oil is a great moisturizer and high in antioxidants. Hemp seed oil is full of antioxidants and will combat the signs of aging. Grape seed oil is contains skin nourishing vitamins, antioxidants and will reduce the appearance of wrinkles and facial lines. Moreover, it will not clog your pores. Ylang Ylang oil is a perfect choice for those who have oily skin. Add few drops of this oil to the coconut or grape seed oil and forget about oily skin. Rosehip oil will increase the elasticity of your skin, prevent premature aging and erase wrinkles from your face. Add few drops of this super oil to the carrier oil. Alternatively, you can add one capsule of Vitamin E to the carrier oil. This vitamin is proven to be super effective in fighting against aging.

2. Preparing for the massage

  • Wash your face with a gentle cleanser.
  • Rinse with lukewarm later and make it dry.
  • Place a warm cloth on your face for few minutes to heat your skin.

3. Making the massage

Apply the massage oil on your face and use your fingerprints to massage it all over your facial skin in circular movements. You should focus on the problematic areas, like cheeks, jaw line, the area under your chin, forehead, and sinus area. Lift up your skin, be firm and gentle. Repeat the movements for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Don’t touch your face after facial massage. These techniques are easy but effective!
